In this session the speakers, who worked together with Dee Masters to draft the TUC’s Artificial Intelligence (Regulation and Employment Rights) Bill, discussed

• how AI is impacting the world of work,
• the rights and obligations of employers, workers, unions and tech suppliers,
• how judges and others are using AI in employment litigation, and
• how good regulation could enable AI’s benefits to be enjoyed while preventing wrongs.
