After an initial quiet patch following the 2014 amendments there have been a number of interesting developments in relation to TUPE over the past couple of years which will be addressed in this session including areas as diverse as whether workers are covered by TUPE, the validity of contract changes, the interaction of TUPE with garden leave and who is assigned.
